Friendly staff, personalized service, spacious room with kitchenette, clean and fluffy towels, balcony with sea view, convenient location near restaurants and malls.

Good place to stay in but the service is really bad, specially the check- in would take long time. barely you could get in your room at 3 pm!!

Location is good if your not on business trip. The rooms are space full and quiet . There is no room service but you can find restaurants across the street. The only problem is to find a taxi for that you need to walk till the nearest taxi office across the street it is ok in winter but in summer ....... Or ask the concierge to call one for you it will take time so book it 30m before .

Room cleaning the stuff need more training .

The hotel was well-located near many restaurants and malls, making it very convenient to explore the city. the room itself was decently spacious and offered great views from the balcony. the breakfast was pretty good.

The housekeeping was quite inadequate and often required multiple reminders to clean the room properly.

The location of the hotal is so close to city ceneter. Also I like the cost of the room.

My reservation was not confirmed so they give me another type of room although i confirmed before the travelling.

We loved the spacious room with balcony and sea view. The location was great, near restaurants and malls. The staff was caring and personalized everything for us. The mini bar was affordable.

No clear or direct exit to the Hotel

Even though cleaning was done daily, when returning back at night, we had to constantly call for more tea, sugar and other things that should have been provided when the cleaning was done.

The hotel offered a great coffee shop that was perfect for sheesha-lovers, which we really enjoyed. the two TV sets in our massive room was really convenient, one in the living area and the other in the bedroom. the location of the hotel was very accessible to the main road.

We had trouble with the housekeeping, it was hard to get them to clean and change the sheets when we requested it. the walls in the hotel were paper-thin, so we could hear everything our neighbors were doing.

Spacious appartment, very comfortable king size bed and a relaxing sofa to watch TV. A small swimming pool downstairs.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The room was well-designed, with a spacious kitchenette and a balcony with a lovely view. The hotel's location was perfect, with plenty of convenient stores around the corner and easy access to the main road.

The Wi-Fi service was sporadic and kept cutting out. The traffic noise and loud music from the surrounding neighborhood proved to be very disruptive.

the hotel was hard to get to, there were no direction signs for the hotel and the room was cleaned only after we ask the hotel staff to.
